Dispono | Full Stack Developer | Stockholm, Sweden | Hybrid or Onsite

At Dispono, we blend the dynamic energy of a startup with the stability of a consultancy. Our focus is in systematically identifying and overhauling inefficient, outdated processes that hold dealerships back. We provide consultancy services for our clients, but also actively develop our own tools and products to innovate the Swedish vehicle sales industry.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives in an environment that values direct impact and minimal bureaucracy. In this role, you will craft comprehensive, end-to-end solutions not only for our customers, but also for our own products.

You'll be working in an industry ripe for innovation. Every solution you develop will significantly reduce hours of tedious, menial work. You'll collaborate and work with a friendly, developer-centric team, driven to make a difference.

Who You Are:

We envision our ideal candidate as:

• Technically Proficient: You're an experienced developer with at least three years under your belt working both in frontend and backend. You should be confident with JavaScript/TypeScript and familiar with associated frameworks, particularly React.
• Independently Driven: A manager of one, not only adept at delivering high-quality solutions rapidly but also understanding the nuances of software architecture and scalability.
• Strong Communicator: An effective communicator that can articulate ideas clearly and values listening as much as leading.
• Friendly and Thoughtful: You're the type of human who thrives on learning and embodying kindness and supportiveness.

With that being said, we don't place independent value on where you come from, where you worked before, where you went to school or how well you did there. We care about who you are today, what you're able to do now, and how you will grow.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Experience with .NET, Azure, SQL.
• A keen eye for UI / UX – helping us create interfaces that are not only functional but also delightful to use.
• Proficiency in Swedish language.
• Driver's license, given the possibility of client visits and our engagement across the vehicle sales industry.
• An interest in the automotive sector – or just cars!
